Privacy Policy

This policy applies to laurenhansen.co.nz, operated by Lauren Hansen, trading as a sole trader coaching and facilitation practice based in Auckland, New Zealand.

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name and email address. I use these to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our coaching or workshop engagement.

If you book a session or workshop, I may also collect your organisation name and role where relevant to the work.

I do not collect sensitive personal information and I do not ask for it.

Your information is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Deliver coaching, facilitation, or workshop services you have engaged me and/or Dr Sven Hansen for
• Send information you have specifically requested

I do not use your information for unsolicited marketing and I do not sell it to anyone.

Some engagements are delivered in partnership with Dr Sven Hansen Limited (trading as Resilience Institute New Zealand), part of a global resilience research and training organisation. Where this applies, relevant contact and engagement information may be shared with the Resilience Institute team solely for the purpose of delivering that work. The Resilience Institute operates under its own privacy policy.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) as part of normal hosting operations. You can review Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals. If Google Analytics is added in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent notice will be displayed.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Request correction of any information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask me to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations I have to retain it
